Meet Elizabeth Workentine

Elizabeth Workentine is a co-founder of Endacott Timmer and has served clients throughout Lancaster, Thayer, Fillmore, Jefferson, Clay, and Nuckolls Counties for more than five years. She focuses her practice on estate planning, wealth transfer, and succession planning for individuals, families, and family-owned businesses, with particular experience working with farm and ranch families navigating multigenerational transitions.

Elizabeth assists clients with fundamental estate planning tools—including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives—as well as more complex planning strategies designed to preserve family assets, minimize tax exposure, and ensure smooth transitions of land, equipment, and operating entities to the next generation.

Born and raised in Geneva, Nebraska, Elizabeth brings a deep understanding of rural communities and agricultural families to her practice. One of the most rewarding aspects of her work is representing multiple generations of the same family—helping parents plan for retirement while preparing children to assume leadership of the family farming operation.

Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law, graduating with distinction. While in law school, she earned the highest grade in her class in Farm and Ranch Tax, reflecting her strong interest and aptitude in agricultural and family business planning.

Elizabeth remains actively involved in her community and serves on the Board of Directors of the Bruning Early Education Nonprofit.
