CTA FinCEN Updates: Currently, there is no obligation to file.
On December 26, 2024, the 5th Circuit vacated the part of their prior order that stayed the injunction on the enforcement of the CTA. This means that the preliminary injunction enjoining the enforcement of the CTA reporting requirements is back on. Currently, there is no obligation to file.
