Meet Lane Baker

Lane Baker is an associate attorney with Endacott Timmer, practicing in the areas of estate planning, business planning and transactional matters, probate, and trusts. He works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to put thoughtful strategies in place that protect what matters today while supporting long-term goals.

Raised on a family farm just outside of Hebron, Nebraska, Lane developed an early appreciation for hard work, planning ahead, and doing things the right way the first time. Working alongside his grandfather, father, and brother—repairing fences, laying irrigation pipe, and tending cattle and horses—instilled in him a practical mindset that he brings to his legal practice. Lane understands that for many clients, particularly those with agricultural or closely held family assets, good planning is about stewardship as much as it is about legal documents.

Lane approaches estate planning with the philosophy that careful preparation today can create lasting benefits for generations to come. He takes time to understand each client’s circumstances and priorities, helping them navigate planning decisions with confidence. His goal is to provide peace of mind by ensuring clients’ interests are protected and their plans are built to endure.

Lane is known for his thoughtful, client-focused approach and his belief in being “curious, not judgmental.” Outside of his practice, Lane enjoys spending time with his wife Anna, sons Vaughn and Beck, and attending Husker sporting events. GBR!
