Meet Darrell K. Stock
Of Counsel
Licensed in Nebraska
Darrell joins Endacott Timmer as Of Counsel, bringing more than 50 years of legal experience to the firm and its clients. Over the course of his career, Darrell has built a broad practice spanning estate planning, probate, real estate and leasing, and business transactions. He works with a wide range of clients—individuals, families, business owners, agricultural families, and those with high-net-worth estates—drawing on decades of experience to help them navigate both routine and complex matters.
A lifelong Nebraskan, Darrell was born in Lincoln and grew up on the family farm in Murdock. He remains active in the family’s farming operations and is one of the owners of Stock Seed Farms, a family enterprise that raises and sells native grasses and wildflowers. That connection to the land informs his understanding of the agricultural families and business owners he serves.
Darrell earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He is a member of the Lincoln Bar Association and, for roughly three decades, presented on business law for SCORE seminars.
Community service has been a constant throughout Darrell’s career. He served on the board of the Lincoln YMCA for 40 years and on the National YMCA Board of Directors for 16 years, and he currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Great Plains Conference of the United Methodist Church.
Outside the office, Darrell enjoys golf and is an amateur historian and Civil War buff. He especially loves watching his grandchildren’s sporting events.
